From 29 November 2021 onwards, fully vaccinated travellers can now travel between Singapore\u2019s Changi Airport and Malaysia\u2019s Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA 2) without having to serve a quarantine order or stay-at-home notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malaysia joins the ranks of designated countries under the VTL scheme, including Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Germany, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Finland, Sweden, the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (USA), Republic of Korea (ROK), and Switzerland. Malaysia is the second country in Southeast Asia after Brunei Darussalam to be included in the VTL scheme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe VTL scheme is a significant milestone to allow for the gradual resumption of travel between Singapore and Malaysia. For detailed steps and procedures including the latest requirements, travellers may refer to the https:\/\/safetravel.ica.gov.sg\/arriving\/overview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VisitSingapore Travel App<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travellers can download the VisitSingapore Travel Guide app via the App Store or Google Play, to optimise your experience, maximise your enjoyment, and navigate the city with ease, and gain access to endless possibilities in the palm of your hand.
