KUALA LUMPUR, June 2 (Bernama) — The mystery of two missing teenagers was\u00a0solved after police found their bodies in a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) in an underground parking area of a residential building in Bandar\u00a0Sri Permaisuri, Cheras here on\u00a0Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cheras district police chief, ACP Muhammad Idzam Jaafar said the bodies of a female and male teenagers, both 19, were found after police received public complaints at 8.26 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPolice found the body of the girl in the front passenger seat and the body of the\u00a0boy was in the rear\u00a0seat. They were believed to have died five days ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cInspection on both the bodies and site did not find any element of crime. Investigations found the original owner of the MPV had sold the vehicle to the father of the male teenager,\u201d he said in a statement today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said the police had received reports on the disappearances of the two teenagers from their families in Klang, Selangor and Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, respectively, on May 23 and 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOne victim was a student of\u00a0a public institution of higher learning while the other was about to enter\u00a0a teacher training college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They were friends and were not residents of the residential building,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Muhammad Idzam said the two bodies were sent to the Forensic Unit of Chancellor Tuanku Muhriz Hospital for post mortem and the case was classified as sudden death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
