We have problems in securing oxygen concentrators at odd hours.

Most of our palliative care patients need oxygen to pass their final phase of life and most of them are too poor to even get oxygen.

We seek Lifelink approval to have a general indemnification and a general guarantee of deposit from our NGO.

Many cannot afford to pay for a RM2000 deposit. I suggested that the indemnification will come from our NGO so the patients need not to fork out the RM2000.

We are happy that we come to a level of understanding and we will certainly works on a better service for the poor, rich and sick.
