We respond to four types of disasters: fire, flood, landslide, and mass casualty incidents. Our ability to act depends on the availability of volunteers and the necessary equipment for each situation. The duration of the mission and the accessibility of the location also play a role.

Transporting volunteers to the incident site can be challenging, especially if routes are blocked due to flooding. Effective communication is crucial to determine the specific needs of the situation.

To facilitate the rescue efforts, we have established a call center and a rescue command center where volunteers can receive calls from concerned family members reporting missing or stranded victims. Our priority is to ensure the safety of everyone involved, including the victims.
